What is Holistic Health AND Healing?

Holistic healing involves treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms of a disease.
 
Many people seek help for their ailments, discomforts, disorders and diseases at a physical level only, and then wonder why there is no improvement to their health and why they are not feeling better. That is not to say, that holistic health works against conventional methods, rather, it often compliments it.
 
We have a created a way of life that constantly runs on full speed, expecting man and technology to provide an immediate diagnosis and instant answers to everything. Many people today, it seems, want instant relief and a quick fix for everything.  Our world is moving faster than ever before. We strain to be more efficient, to cram more into each minute, each hour, each day. An increasing number of us are living on the edge of exhaustion, and the price we pay is the erosion of our happiness and health.
