Spiritual Healing
According to the dictionary, “to heal” is “to make whole”. A doctor will
say that this is accomplished by a natural repairing force; a minister,
that it comes through faith and prayer; a scientist may speak of cosmic
and other forces from which we derived life and energy. Theories and
explanations vary, but the aim of doctors and non-medical healers alike is
to aid nature to carry out work of repair as far as possible within the
natural law.
Some call the source of healing the Life Force, others Energy, or God. The
differences are mostly differences of terminology. Fortunately for us,
lack of specific knowledge about its origin need not prevent its
successful use. Like musicians and artists, a healer draws from the
invisible spiritual areas of life, linking up with the healing forces and
channeling them to the sufferer’s spirit, mind and body.
The healer attunes through prayer or meditation and directs them to the
patient through the laying on of hands. When the patient is absent,
thought alone (prayerful intervention) is used and this can be equally
effective.
While doctors and most alternative healing practitioners treat on a purely
physical level, the spiritual healer treats at soul level, thus reaching
the cause of the complaint and meeting the spiritual need.
What is Healing Hands Treatment?
Hands on therapies access the vibrational energies within and around the
body. During a treatment the client often experiences warm, tingling, or
coolness, as the body’s own energies are stimulated. These hands-on
treatments support the body’s natural ability to heal itself, increases
energy and vitality and functions on all levels whether mental, physical,
spiritual or emotional.
Disclaimer
Spiritual Practitioners provide a from of healing that is truly holistic
and takes into account the emotional, mental, spiritual needs, as well as
those of the physical body. Therefore, Spiritual Healing may or may not
provide the results you expect. This does not, in any way, negate its
effectiveness.
Spiritual Practitioners are (invariably) lay people without any medical
training. As such, they are unable to diagnose or offer medical advice.
Spiritual Healing is not intended to replace any medical treatment you may
be presently receiving. Merely treat it as one that assists the healing
process.
Spiritual Healing is not involved in any way, with “guidance”, or the
clearing of “past life issues”, “karmic debt”, or “emotional/energy
blockages”.
